On Tuesday the shades of blue star, Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 49th birthday at the beach with her family and boyfriend Alex Rodriguez . she took to her Instagram page and shared enty of pics, some caught the attentions of people were her chiseled abs bikini body was on full display.
